Mr. Lewis serves as President & CEO of the Indy Championships Fund and, as an individual expert, provides consulting services on tax policy and other matters.  He is also the retired Vice President-Global Taxes & Assistant Treasurer of Eli Lilly and Company.  Mr. Lewis is a member of the Board of Directors of OIA Global, a global logistics, packaging, and materials sourcing multinational company and serves on numerous not-for-profits boards in both Indianapolis and Washington, D.C., including Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Tax Foundation, a Washington, D.C.-based thinktank.  He is also an investor in Ground Game Venture Fund I, LP and Metaimpact (formerly, MetaCX, Inc.).

Mr. Lewis is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington in 1984, Wabash College in 1981 with a major in Economics, and Arsenal Technical High School in 1977, the latter of which has honored him as a Distinguished Graduate.  He was also inducted into the Indianapolis Public Schools’ Hall of Fame in 2021 as an “Inspiring Alumni”.  He is admitted to practice law before the Indiana State Bar and the Federal District Courts, Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana.
