Mark serves as General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer overseeing Voloridge’s legal, compliance and regulatory functions. Mark has over 20 years of business and corporate legal experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, hedge funds and technology-related transactions. He was the General Counsel of a leading nutrition products company where he formed and led the company’s Legal and Compliance departments and led the Human Resources, Technology, Facilities, Distribution and Quality Assurance/Quality Control functions. He has worked with entrepreneurs, start-ups, emerging and established companies guiding them in establishing a corporate structure and strategic growth, negotiating and structuring shareholder agreements, operating agreements, employee and management employment contracts, debt and equity financings, and strategic partnerships and joint ventures. He was a member of the Angel Forum of Florida, Canisius College Entrepreneurs on Campus, and Chairman of St. Clare Catholic School’s School Advisory Committee. Mark received his BA in Political Science from Canisius College, his JD from the University of Detroit School of Law, and his LL.M. from Tulane University Law School.
